Confidential Integrity Reporting
At the Vanuatu Aquatics Federation, the safety, dignity and wellbeing of every participant is paramount. We are committed to creating an environment where athletes, children, parents, staff and community members feel safe to speak up — and know their concerns will be taken seriously.
If you experience, witness, or are concerned about any behaviour that is unsafe, unethical or inappropriate, you can report it confidentially through the channels below.
What You Can Report
You can report any concern related to:
- Child protection or safeguarding
- Bullying, harassment or discrimination
- Misconduct by staff, coaches, volunteers or athletes
- Abuse of power or conflicts of interest
- Integrity breaches, cheating or unethical behaviour
- Financial misconduct
- Any situation that makes you or others feel unsafe
- Violations of the VAF Code of Conduct
No concern is too small. If something does not feel right, we encourage you to report it.

How Reports Are Handled
All reports — whether named or anonymous — are:
- Reviewed promptly by the Integrity Officer
- Handled in line with World Aquatics and VASANOC safe-sport expectations
- Treated with confidentiality and respect
- Investigated using fair and transparent processes
- Managed in a way that protects the reporter from retaliation
