Join the Vanuatu aquatics community. Whether you’re a swimmer ready to compete or a club looking to formalise, registration is quick and simple.
Athlete Registration
Register as a VAF athlete to be eligible for domestic and international competitions. This applies to all swimmers from all clubs, including Stade.
Annual Fee: 3,500 VT/year
Club Registration
Club Registration
Register your club as a Full Member or Provisional Member of VAF. Club registration is open to established groups and emerging communities alike.
Full Member Club — 10,000 VUV/year Recognised voting member of VAF. Must meet minimum governance, safeguarding, and financial compliance standards, including at least 10 financial members (5 registered swimmers), a constitution aligned with VAF and World Aquatics, and signed commitment to safe sport and child protection.
Provisional Club — 1,000 VUV/year For new and emerging clubs working toward full membership. Provisional clubs can register swimmers, participate in programs and events, and receive coaching and governance support. Provisional clubs do not vote at the AGM until achieving full member status.
